Email Not Being Received for Reset Passwords

Good afternoon, one of our employees has tried to reset her password for Nitro Pro so she can sign in and activate her license.  Currently it shows an email is sent, but she receives nothing.  She has already checked all spam and junk folders in her email and nothing.    Can you assist??

Thank you for this information, however, she has account with that email address.

Please have her check her Inbox as I have sent her the invitation to create a Nitro Sign account.

she is trying to reset her password for the NITRO PRO account she already made, so she can log into the trial version and activate the license

Hello @Kevin Bingaman,

Please be aware that activating Nitro Pro does not require getting access to Nitro Sign.

To move forward, could you please provide the serial number the user would like to activate?

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 504982-uvwxyz-314341

do they not have to be logged into it with their account?  they would like to be signed in first before using, as this is for our business.

Hello @Kevin Bingaman,

The serial number you provided us is single-user license, not business.

When installing Nitro PDF Pro 13, it is not required to log into the Nitro Sign account.

I have Nitro Pro and have not experienced any issues but I just purchased a new computer and I cant log into Nitro? When I try to reset password I never receive a email.
