New computer wont accept activation key. Says it was successful but software remains in trial mode

Had a computer with Nitro PDF pro 13 installed and it got corrupted and wont load now. Got a new computer and installed Nitro pdf pro and tried the activation using the same key as previous computer. The message says the serial number activation was accepted but the software tells me that it is still in trial mode. We have an enterprise key. 

How do i fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

The Enterprise key that you are trying to load in the application may be already expired. You can see the expiration of the license (once loaded) by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If the date appears expired, the message 'Expired Trial' will appear in the the software. 

Could you please provide the license key and the name of the account it belongs to? You can send it to me via direct message to protect this information.
