Eric Bronner Posted October 25, 2022 Report Share Posted October 25, 2022 Two days ago, my old lap top was destroyed in an accident. I had a NitroPDF account, but I cannot locate a serial # anywhere. I can see my credit card was charged on 7/14/2021, but I do NOT have an email from either third-party vendor. Please tell me that a tech company, operating in 2022, has another, reasonable way for customers to obtain their Serial Number? I've searched our records but I did not see a license purchase under the email address you used here in our Community Forum. I was able to find a license purchase under your First and Last name. It seems that you have entered a different email address which is why you did not receive the invoice receipt email with serial number. I have sent the details of your license through a direct message here. Please check on it including the steps on how to activate the software using the serial number.
