I released your serial number so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes? Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number. Protec Arisawa Posted October 28, 2022 Report Share Posted October 28, 2022 (edited) I deactivated Nitro Pro 12 on user's Windows 7 computer, installed it on his new Windows 11 computer. When I try to activate I get -24: Activation Error Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attemptin to activate. Please record the error code above and then contact support via the link below I tried to submit a support ticket but got into a loop on the website.
