Have no information about our current licenses or profile

Good morning, our company currently uses Nitro Pro and I'm wanting to know what our subscription is, how we are currently paying and if we can add other users.  The individual who probably initiated the business relationship between Nitro and Lawson is no longer with the company.

 

How do I go about finding this information.
