why am i getting...Once you click “Deactivate”, you can activate your license immediately by entering the below serial number into Nitro Pro

im trying to activate my license on a new machine.  i already deactivated my old one.  can you help me?  I need to use this to sign some documents!

Please check the version of your license using our license portal at https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal
Once you have determined the version, please ensure that you install the appropriate version. The installer can be located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads 

For version 12 - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link
For version 13 - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link

Once installed, you can verify the version and build by opening the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
For version 12, it should display as 12.16.9.574 while for version 13, it is 13.67.0.45. Once confirmed that you have the correct version, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click Activate. Enter your serial number then click the Activate button.

can you PLEASE put on the activation page that there are 2 versions???  its such a simple solution and it would have saved me hours trying to do this!

The licensing portal can only display the version once the serial number is entered.
You may use the download page at https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads to see the latest version (13 at the moment) and the version before it (version 12). Older versions are not listed in the download page as they already reached the end of life.
