Functionality question regarding PDF Pro for IPAD

I cannot access certain functionality on the Ios IPAD app. For example:

 

1) Cant rearrange / delete pages in a pdf - the options are greyed out   

 

2) the "+" or edit function in the library is greyed out.

 

Are these extra functions that need to be bought with an in app purchase?  How do I activate them??

Please allow me to request for additional information so we could further troubleshoot your concern:

1. Are you using the PDFpen 6 for iOS or the Nitro PDF Pro for iOS?
2. Is this happening to all the document you open in the application?
3. If you create a new document, are those functions still greyed out?
4. Can you take a screenshot so we could take a closer look?

1. I am using PDF Pro for iOS

2. Yes

3. yes

4. Please advise how to attach a screenshot jpeg to this post?
