License of Nitro Pro V11 not recognised for upgrade

Dear Support,

I hope you are doing well.

I bought a nitro pro v11 license few years ago. I would have liked to upgrade it, however when i go on the upgrade page in your suppport center, it seems that my license is not recognised.

Can you please help me on the matter.
