Activation Serial # vs License #

Hello,

Purchased NitroPDF over a week ago. The purchase seems to have been handled through "Paddle". I used a link in an email from Sarah Ewing "beproductive@gonitro.com" Upon completing the purchase i received a receipt email and an information email from Paddle. The information email included a "License #" that is 40 alpha-numeric digits. I can't seem to find in either email the 18 digit "serial #" that Nitro is demanding for activation.

Nitro's customer support so far is absolutely useless since they won't provide any help without the "serial #" Paddle has replied that they have sent my issue to Nitro for follow up but it's been a week now.

Anny suggestions?

Do you have a Mac device or a Window-based machine?

Currently using Windows. Since it's been over a week with not contact from nitro I have requested a refund and would  not look to do business with Nitro in the future.
