Matthew Young Posted November 3, 2022 Report Posted November 3, 2022 Hi, Im attempting to install Nitro PDF Pro v11 on a replacement PC. i understand the old activation servers are no longer available and version 11 serial number should work with version 12.16.9.574 however the serial number is not being accepted as valid. https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal also does not accept it. Is it possible to to submit the serial number to you directly to check why its not working? Thanks

Version 11 and older have also been discontinued per our Sunset Policy -- https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy. We recommend upgrading to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions.
