The usual confirmation did not come and I did not get a serial number. When I use the help resources to determine if my software can be upgraded, I am told no, that it already is, but I cannot get a serial number from Cleverbridge or Nitro. I spent hours on chats trying to sort this and have sent multiple emails too. Any chance there is an agent who can help me? It has been surprising that I only get passed back and forth between entities. There appears to be no solution, not even to pay again to do this upgrade.
