My upgrade is in tech limbo

I tried to upgrade my account during a busy time at work.  The usual confirmation did not come and I did not get a serial number.  When I use the help resources to determine if my software can be upgraded, I am told no, that it already is, but I cannot get a serial number from Cleverbridge or Nitro.  I spent hours on chats trying to sort this and have sent multiple emails too.  Any chance there is an agent who can help me?  It has been surprising that I only get passed back and forth between entities.  There appears to be no solution, not even to pay again to do this upgrade.  Nitro says its done and Cleverbridge has no record of it.  Please help.  Lindsey

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I look forward to hearing back from you.
