Where the f*** is the technical support?

I paid for the pro version, but get no support with it at all?

I get the 401 Error every time I open a document.

Print quality is 100% unreadable garbage (zebra striping), from Nitro Pro only - all other Windows 10 programs print to the same printer without a problem

There is no serial number listed in the "about" tab, so I can't even start a ticket

There's no way to attach a screen shot here?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!
My apologies for the inconvenience this issue has caused. 

Please perform the following and see if the 401 error persists:

1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro PDF Pro.
3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. 

If the 401 error message happens again, please provide the exact version and build of your Nitro Pro. This information can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
I need to know the version and complete build of your installation so we can further troubleshoot the issue with printing. 

If the software is activated, the serial number is partially displayed in the About Nitro Pro window. This is to protect the serial number from being stolen. The About Nitro Pro is found when you click the Help tab.
