JP Bernier Posted November 4, 2022 Report Share Posted November 4, 2022 I paid for the pro version, but get no support with it at all? I get the 401 Error every time I open a document. Print quality is 100% unreadable garbage (zebra striping), from Nitro Pro only - all other Windows 10 programs print to the same printer without a problem There is no serial number listed in the "about" tab, so I can't even start a ticket There's no way to attach a screen shot here?
