Jahnis Sánchez Posted November 5, 2022 Report Share Posted November 5, 2022 Nitro sign does not load any pdf document, it stays processing for a few minutes and in the end it only sends me a message saying that something went wrong. Could you please describe if the error message is happening within the Nitro PDF Pro or in the Nitro Sign page? If the error is seen within the Nitro PDF Pro, please go to https://cloud.gonitro.com/ then login using your Nitro Sign account then try uploading the document from there.
