Moved my computer to another desk and now I can't get my Nitro Pro to work

In checking your email address, I can see a version 13 license purchase. 
Please ensure that you have version 13 installed on the new computer so you can successfully activate using your license. To check the version, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
If your installation is not on Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, please install version 13 by downloading the installer from the link below:
