In checking your email address, I can see a version 13 license purchase. Please ensure that you have version 13 installed on the new computer so you can successfully activate using your license. To check the version, open Nitro then navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. If your installation is not on Nitro Pro 13.x.x.x, please install version 13 by downloading the installer from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. After the installation, go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro to verify the version. The version and complete build should be 13.67.0.45.
