Reinstall Nitro Pro, Cannot get Serial number

I need to format and reinstall windows on my PC, so I need to deactivate and reinstall my Nitro Pro 13.26.3.505. However The serial number on the about Nitro Pro only shows the first 6 digits can you help with finsing the complete serial number
