David Wehner Posted November 8, 2022 Report Share Posted November 8, 2022 I was issued a new laptop installed Nitro Pro 10 on it, but when I try to activate it, I am not sure that it is really activated. I have gone through the support ticket process and when I click on Find License, it shows a table here the Status shows Active, does that mean the app is Activated? there is a statement that say you can Deactivate and then Activate using the serial number. button, When I click on the Deactivate button, nothing happens. The table shows Serial number, Version - 12 but I purchased ver 10, Status- Active, Number of Activations 0, Number of Activations allowed 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. I was unable to properly Deactivate my license from the original laptop, will this cause issues with trying to use the serial number on ver 12?
