We have some license in my account. I have installed the license in some laptop mostly windows 10. after about 1 year the license of nitro pro 13 back to trial mode, its happen on some device. When I try to re activate showing messages "you have reached maximum number of installations allowed for this license. Please deactivate Nitro pro from another computer that has use this serial number".  this is my license key 504983XXXXXXXXXXXX

How to deactivate the license from another computer when the computer was broken and the license not yet deactivate? what can I do ? please advice.

The About Nitro Pro window will not display the complete serial number. This is to protect the license from being stolen. 
We can search for your purchase record and locate the complete serial number. Could you please provide the email address you used to purchase this license? 

Please note that I did not find a license purchase record when searching using the email address you used here in Community Forums.

Once we have the serial number, we will check and adjust it so you can reactivate Nitro PDF Pro 13.

Email: ithelpdesk.efk@elnusa.co.id , I buy the license from 3rd party vendor not direct from Nitro.

is it safe if I put the license key here?

It seems that the license was not purchased online but through a reseller.
I do see an ongoing support case that was submitted through that email address. I recommend to respond to that support case so we could respond and better assist you.
