Need to change my email for Nitro log in but it says it is already in use

Dear Allain, I have the same problem as our company changed all our E-Mail addresses. I tried to edit my address in my account but it says it is already in use. Probably because one colleague sent a document do my new address and I signed. Could you please assist? Best regards Manuel

Thank you for this information.

Could you please confirm that have received a document in the past that requires signing where the sender used a Nitro Sign account and you used the second email address?

Yes I confirm. That's exactly what I think is why this problem has arisen now. I received the document on my new e-mail and was unaware and signed as usual. However, I had to upload my signature but didn't think anything of it.
