Kent Donnelly Posted November 22, 2022 Report Share Posted November 22, 2022 Have my original purchase disc from 10 yrs ago, I purchased a new computer after old crashed. I paid to upgraded to the latest edition of pro, I went to activate it failed, went to support page to do the self-activation, it indicates I have an active license, That I have zero activations and I am allowed two. I click deactivate; I then get a pop-up window informing me nothing was selected for deactivation. I don't see anything to choose to deactivate, I go back in to activate and back on the same route.
