Moving the license to my personal laptop

I am currently running a licensed version of Nitro Pro 13.31.0.605 but i can only see part of my serial number 504929xxxxxxxxxxx. My company is going to re-image my PC due to multiple issues and i would like to install my licensed version on my personal laptop. How can i go about getting my licensed so i can install on my personal laptop?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
