Release licenses on computers already registered and access to Nitro Admin

How do I get access to admin? I have multiple licenses to Nitro under my email and one other. I would like a place I can see these licenses and grant access to them or deactivate them. I think Nitro Admin is the answer. 

More immediately, one of my newer licenses was used on a computer that crashed and I had to reinstall Windows 11. This license needs deactivated so I can use again.

In connection to the machine that crashed, do you remember the serial number that was used to activate the program?

Once we have this information, we should be able to deactivate one seat in your behalf or you can also do it by yourself through our Activation Portal:
