Michael Wright Posted November 28, 2022 Report Share Posted November 28, 2022 (edited) Hi, I've just replaced the HD on one of my computers and tried to install Nitro v12 (234***-******-******). The issue is that I can't deactivate the license from the web page because it keeps saying that I must select a computer...but no such computer list exists below the license listing box :). When I try to activate from the replaced HD machine I get back error code -24. Can you reset my activations from 2 to 1? Also...when I tried to upgrade to V13 the web page stated my license was already upgraded...but it's not. Both my systems had v12 only. Can you hep? Thanks! ...Michael...
