I've just replaced the HD on one of my computers and tried to install Nitro v12 (234***-******-******).  The issue is that I can't deactivate the license from the web page because it keeps saying that I must select a computer...but no such computer list exists below the license listing box :).  When I try to activate from the replaced HD machine I get back error code -24.  Can you reset my activations from 2 to 1?  Also...when I tried to upgrade to V13 the web page stated my license was already upgraded...but it's not.  Both my systems had v12 only.

Can you hep?
