I cannot activate my license

I have a license for 2 activations, but on my laptop it says that my trial period has expired and I cannot renew my license with the activation link. 

I alreade removed my software and installed it again, but I cannot reactivate it. 

Is there some one who can help me?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In checking your email address, I can see that you have a Nitro PDF Pro 13 license. 
Please ensure that you have version 13 installed on your computer and it is the latest build. The details can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If your installation is not on Nitro PDF Pro 13, please install that version (the latest build - 13.67.0.45) using the installer from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

After the installation, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.

Could you please confirm if your activation workflow is exactly the same as below?

1. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Help tab.
2. Click About Nitro Pro. 
3. Inside the About Nitro Pro, click Activate. 
4. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
