Michael Smith Posted November 30, 2022 Report Share Posted November 30, 2022 I am trying to transfer my Nitro PDF Pro to a new company laptop because old laptop stopped working. I entered the serial number in the license portal, but cannot deactivate. The pop-up says "Please select device to deactivate". However, there is not a way to make a selection.
