License activation does not work after successful deactivation

Hi Staff,

We encounter issue with activating a deactivated license from  our old laptop.

It state that our license is not valid.

Do advice on our next step.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

The invalid license error message will occur if the version of Nitro PDF Pro installed on the computer does not match the license. 
Please provide the following so we could further troubleshoot:

1. The version and complete build of the Nitro PDF Pro installed on the laptop. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. Screenshot of the activation error message. 
3. Within Nitro PDF Pro, navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro then click Activate.
On the window that will appear, does it ask for a serial number only? Or, is it asking for First and Last Name then serial number with a 'Load from file' button.

I see what you mean now. After carefully looking at the error again, i can determine that the error is due to different version.

My license is only able to be activated on Version 12.

It has been resolved, thanks alot
