The file sent to my email or any Nitro document PDF, it opens but the document, we cannot view it.

When I try to open Nitro PDF file, it opens but I cannot view the document at all. I tried to uninstall and installing the application but it doesn't work. Need help here

Nitro version we have here is 13.9.1.155.

I don’t how to put this question to make you better understand.
The Nitro, it opens for 2sec and just closes without opening the document. That is what the issue, I am facing.

This is happening to all the files.

 

I have tried uninstalling and installing but didn't help.

You are using an older build of version 13. Kindly install version 13.67: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
