Can't view pdf files in Outlook app on Remote Desktop Server

Nitro Pro 13.67.0.45 installed on a Remote Desktop Server (windows server 2019 standard, version 1809 OS build 17763.3532,  64 bits) 
and using Microsoft Outlook 365 app (Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO Version 2207 Build 16.0.15427.20166, 32 bits) for e-mail and Nitro for pdf.

Try to open an pdf attachment in Outlook, Nitro opens, but no view of the document. Other attachments like Word and Excel open with no problem.

If I save the pdf in a map and open the pdf file, the document can be viewed and printed.

Who can help me? thanks a lot as this is very irritating for the users.
