Serial no. and deactivation process doesn't work

I deactivated my Nitro Pro 12 serial number on a computer that I gave away. I can't get the serial number to work on my new computer (Windows 11) no matter what I try.  It says I can install my Nitro on two devices. I can't seem to get it to work on just one computer.  Please help.

I figured it out. I had downloaded Nitro PDF 13 because I have that on my laptop.  My serial number worked PERFECTLY when I uninstalled 13 and installed 12.  Thank you for the fast response. Everything is working great!
