John Rist Posted December 8, 2022 Report Share Posted December 8, 2022 (edited) I am trying to deactivate a specific serial number but, when I enter the number and click the DEACTIVATE button, a box appears asking me to select a device. But. there is NO box on the page to do that. I have only one device, my laptop, but there is nothing on the page to deselect a device once I have searched for a specific serial number.
