Error 401

When I open a pdf document, I receive a pop-up box with Error 401. If I click O.K. I am able to view and edit the pdf document.

I'm sorry to hear that launching Nitro Pro gives you a 401 error. Try the following to see if it helps with the error message:

1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up.
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account.

If you continue to receive the 401 error, please specify the Nitro Pro version and build number. Select the "Help" menu, then "About Nitro Pro," to get this information.
