Hi.  Is NitroPro still in business?  I have been writing to Support for several months, asking them for an Invoice to keep up my VIP Subscription.  I have received not one reply?

so clearly I have to start asking now to continue this Subscription.  (I assume Nitro Sign is the umbrella for VIP access??)

Thank you for your response.

Nitro Sign was upgraded to Nitro Sign Essentials and is currently free when purchasing Nitro Pro and now currently running as a trial version to allow all users to send eSignature requests and we are planning to extend this promotion further out.

For current features available with the free-bundled Nitro Sign Essentials, please refer to this article:

At the moment, our product team has not determined an exact date of when the trial will end but we will send further communication through email with an update when one is available.

OK.  So Nitro Sign is not relevant to my issue.  My issue is VIP access?   Can you address that?

Well, I paid the full amount for NitroPDF some years ago?  Also, I have been regularly requesting an Invoice to continue my original Subscription (see my first posting above)?

However, if you are looking into renewing your Nitro VIP Access, this paid service is no longer offered by our product team.
