License / activation issue: attempting to upgrade from 12.x to 13

Hello Support,

Purchased v12 via Cleverbridge, order #14wxyz083

Received serial #234600-uvwxyz-773638

which worked for 12.x. Now, all license systems say "not found", even though it *is* seen on the "deactivation" page.

Please fix and update in the system so I can check upgrade options. Thank you.
