When Nitro Pro is first installed, when printing, converting & combining files the default image quality is always set to 96 dpi which is poor.
We know how to change the setting on individual machines, but that’s not the issue.
The issue is, when Nitro is first installed on machines, the default quality settings are not set to ‘Same as original’. All quality defaults are set to 96 dpi which is terrible quality. Every end user needs to log it with IT then go in and manually set these quality settings themselves. It is time consuming for the end user.
Please can I ask if Nitro can be set to higher resolution defaults when first installed? Perhaps ‘Same as Original’ as the default quality setting for all actions. (Printing, combining, and Converting and any other actions if necessary).
