Reaktivierung einer Lizennummer nach PC defekt

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir haben eine kostenpflichtige Nitro-Version mit der folgenden Serien-Nummer 234601-xxxxxx-147178 erworben. Der Rechner auf dem diese Serienummer aktiv war, hat leider einen Defekt erlitten so das diese leider nicht mehr genutzt werden kann.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit zur Reaktivierung Ihrerseits, so dass wir diese auf einem neuen Rechner neu registrieren können?

Für Rückfragen stehe ich Ihnen selbstverständlich gern zur Verfügung.

Ladies and Gentlemen we have purchased a paid nitro version with the following serial number 234601-xxxxxx-147178.

Unfortunately, the computer on which this serial number was active suffered a defect so that it can no longer be used.

Is there a way you can reactivate it so we can re-register it on a new machine?

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released Nitro PDF Pro 13.

You can find the Nitro Pro German installers below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 11 serial number 234601-xxxxxx-147178:
