Nitro reverted to Trial Mode, getting Activation -24 error

I have a Nitro Pro 11.0.3.173 perpetual license since 2017, today the status reverted to "expired trial".

Neither the (re)activation in-program works, not the activation portal. Btw, clicking the "submit a ticket" is a never-ending cycle, unless you visit the Community Forum.

Judging from similar threads, I should submit my serial key after an admin replies, so I'm on standby.
