Activation Error 24

After deactivating license on old laptop and installing correct version of Nitro I get an activation error 24.

After checking the license activation, the Nitro website shows no activations out two available.

Please check the version of the serial number in the license portal.
Once you have the version, please check if you have the same version of Nitro PDF Pro installed on the computer. You can see the version of Nitro  PDF Pro when you navigate to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.

If needed, the installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads

For version 13, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link.
For version 12, click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.

I have checked the serial number to confirm that it is intended with version 12 which is what has been installed.

The activation portal shows I have no activations for the serial number I am using, but still gives me a error 24 when trying to install.
