Unable to Activate License after clean installation of Windows.

I end up going around in circles trying to submit a support ticket.

It recognises my license key and tells me to press deactivate to be able to use Nitro. But it still doesn't work as it once again still says 'The serial number does not exist'.  Then pressing the submit support ticket tab takes me back to the start of the same process. Hence my post here.

My details ;

Your cleverbridge reference number: 7*******

Serial number 234***-******-******

Alternatively, you can continue to use your existing serial number by installing the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is

You can find the Nitro Pro installer from the link below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro serial number:

Once Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed, you can activate it by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
