Moving from old Win 10 notebook to Win 11 - unable to de-authorize/reauthorize

Help please.  I had a perfectly functional Nitro Pro 12 on my old notebook, and the de-authorize function doesn't work on the old PC (error - 24) and the re-authorize doesn't either (error - 22 amongst others) on the new one.
