visibility of editing bar

When I use Nitro PDF for editing a pdf, I always have to scroll up to the top to get the editing bar visible. When going back to the document the editing bar disappears. Is there anyway to have it visible permanently. Would make using the program much easier. Checking the option "View>Hide editing bar" only hides it permanently and then it doesn't appear when scrolling up to the top. Unchecking this option makes it visible when i scroll to the top, but it hides itself when i go back to the document. Any secret setting or have i missed any setting to achieve what I want? Having the editing bar permanently visible !
