Orville Norton Posted January 19 Report Share Posted January 19 I am trying to activate Nitro Pro on my new replacement computer. When I enter the serial number in the software, I get the message that it is not valid. I tried to submit a support ticket, it has me to enter the serial, instructs me to deactivate, then a box pops up saying to show what device to deactivate from. But, there are not choices for devices. After I click deactivate, I try to enter the serial again and it still says not an existing number. The serial starts with 234602.
