-24 Error when activating Nitro Pro 10

Hi,

We have Nitro Pro 10 on an old PC we're transferring to a new laptop, and receive -24 error as well. We follow the prompts online to Deactivate the licence, yet a prompt shows up "Please select devices to deactivate" yet there is no where for us to select a device. Screenshot provided in link

To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 10? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.

Serial no for Nitro Pro 10 is - 234601-xxyyzz-366580

It shows online when I search, however I cannot click anywhere to deactivate it?

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 and its activation servers have been shut down which is why you are having issues activating & its installers are no longer available for download.

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 at a discounted rate, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade


Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released Nitro PDF Pro 13.

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 10 serial number 234601-xxyyzz-366580:

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages instead:
