Kav Indust Posted January 18 Report Share Posted January 18 Hi, We have Nitro Pro 10 on an old PC we're transferring to a new laptop, and receive -24 error as well. We follow the prompts online to Deactivate the licence, yet a prompt shows up "Please select devices to deactivate" yet there is no where for us to select a device.
