Peter Campbell Posted January 23 Report Share Posted January 23 (edited) I have recently changed computers. I am running Nitro Pro 11. I am aware that it is no longer supported. It was working fine on the old computer. The de-activation/reactivation process is simply impossible - it just doesn't work, sending me round and round in circles. Would someone please guide me as to how to achieve this. It shouldn't be this hard. Would you like to know my serial number?
