Daniel Sickinger Posted January 23 Report Share Posted January 23 I have 3 licenses that I am trying to update to version 13, but get an error message on the site when I check for the upgrade elegilibilty. The message I get is "Thank you for your submission. This Nitro PDF Pro serial has already been upgraded and you are currently operating on our most recent version, Nitro PDF Pro 13."
