After completing 2 users complained that it gets password protected. some others are using it fine. When I tested myself it seems to be working fine no password. Any help will be appreciated. To further investigate, are the affected users working with Nitro PDF Pro 13 as well? Lastly, was there any specific workflow that was performed on the document prior to the issue? Thanks in advance! Funny thing is it does that first time to random user. however if the same user completes the form again and sends it doesn't set password. all three reported something.
