Hi Kel,

Here's how you can take a screenshot:

1. On your keyboard press ALT + PrtScn
2. Open Microsoft Word
3. Press Ctrl + V on your keyboard to paste the screen shot into Word.
4. Save the file to a location on your computer that is easy to access.
