When checking the licences online none of them shows activated, hoever when trying to activate any of them an error is thrown - please see here https://ibb.co/rwQMwC3 What does the error show and how can the 2 licenses be activated ? We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number. I've been using Nitro Pro 12 since 2021, when I was required to update from Nitro Pro 9, but am suddenly being told that I have an expired trial. When I try to activate using my existing serial number, I am told that I have already used all of my available licenses. Leslie V's comment says to install update 12.16.9.574, but the only version available at https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads is 12.16.6.574, which is the version I already have installed on my machine.
