Nitro Pro 12 will not activate after reinstalling Windows 10

I had to reinstall Win 10 and before I did, I deactivated Nitro Pro 12. On the website it shows I have 2 license and none activated. I reinstalled windows

and then Nitro Pro12. The install wizard kept failing, so I uninstalled and also ran the clean-zip utility. I rebooted downloaded the newest version of Nitro Pro 12.16.3.574.msi (64 bit)

and installed it. Now when I try to activate it it gives me -24: Activation Error (Nitro Pro encountered some issues while attempting to Activate). Any help to activate my software would be greatly appreciated.

Please install version 12.16.9.574 so you can reactivate successfully:

The activation with my purchased Nitro Pro 12 license failed to activate, so I tried the license from my purchased Nitro Pro 7 and

that activated the software.

I bought Nitro Pro 12, downloaded to my Lenovo laptop and it worked well.  Bought a new Dell laptop.  How can I download Nitro Pro on my new device?
