Alan Springett Posted February 4, 2023 Report Share Posted February 4, 2023 I currently am being forced to upgrade due to MS not accepting my current computer for update to OS Windows 11. I wish to transfer my license to a MacBook Pro to get away from MS platforms but currently cannot seem to get Nitro to accept system. I have a Nitro Pro 13 license, so should not have a deprecated version to deal with. My software was purchased from a vendor and was paid using PayPal. Please be aware the Nitro PDF Pro activation process is unique for each supported Operating System, Windows and MacOS. Thus, any License provisioned for Nitro PDF Pro on Windows cannot be used on MacOS and vice versa. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or switch your existing Nitro PDF Pro 13 license (purchased last May 2021).
