Computer crashed can not find my key thus unable to re load

My computer crashed and I am unable to find the key as I did it online and do not have any info . I tried logging on with my email, but no luck. I do not want to buy the product again as I have already bought it and have been using it for a number of years. Any help will be appreciated.
