To further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

You can send the details of the license in this post so it will be visible to all the moderators. Rest assured we will hide the serial number before making the post visible to this thread.

We want to make you aware of the change to your product that may affect its activation performance and to continue offering our customers the very best PDF tools, please install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 using the below offline English MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number 234600-xxyyzz-406720

For some strange reason Nitro Pro when I download a box comes up and says that it ended prematurely because of an error. Your system has not been modified. To install this program at a later time, run the wizard again. Click finish button to exit the setup wizard. This is really frustrating.

Hello @Rebecca Flood,

Our sincere apologies for the frustrations.

That error message normally appears when you execute our .EXE package. Could you please ensure that you run our .MSI installer?

If same issue is happening when attempting to install, please reboot your machine, also turn off your antivirus program then run again our .MSI installer.
